**Special Pricing for longer term guests** TWO private cozy rooms plus renovated "farmhouse style" bathroom. This unit is in a separate and private part of our home. Included is a microwave, a Keurig and refrigerator (NO sink or stove). May be used as two bedrooms or one bedroom and sitting/living room. Nice for or multiple guests who may enjoy an additional room or prefer separate sleeping quarters! Completely private! No access to main home. There are two cats residing in the main home. The space Perfect spot for additional family members coming to town, visiting parents at the Redwoods Retirement community or simply in Mill Valley on vacation. Our guests will have access to two private rooms and fully renovated bathroom; one room includes twin extra long trundle bed/sofa, (Apple) TV, Apple desktop computer with internet access, including microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, plates, cups and utensils. The other room includes the private entrance a double bed, closet for hanging clothes and shelving. ***Washer/Dryer can be made available 1x per week for long term guests*** ***Parking will be free street parking for long term guests (i.e. no driveway parking for long term guests)** Guest access Guests will have private entrance through side garden. There is no access to main home living room, kitchen or washer/dryer***. There is a laundromat within 1/4 mile on Miller Ave. ***Washer/Dryer will be made available 1x per week for stays linger than a week Other things to note There is a laundromat about 1/4 mile away on Miller Ave.
