I offer a single room and a double room in a portion of an ancient restored Venetian Barchessa built before 1860. The apartment is 3 km form Padua Center, I offer a bike and a double garage. Cicle way and bus stop are in front of the apartment. The house is quite, perfect for student and overlooks the garden. In front of the house you can easily catch the bus n°53 to the way to Venice (60 min) and n°18 or n°10 to Padua center (5 min.) The space The apartment is placed in the central part of an old Venetian Barchessa built before 1860. It is now completely restored. It was the country doctor house and was part of the Villa Breda garden within the already used racecourse . Three rooms, one new bath and a new and equipped Kitchen (washing machine, cookers, microwave, bar-fridge). I'll provide clean bed sheets and towels. Perfect location for a relaxing stay close to Padua historical centre. N°18 bus stop outside from door. Quiet, double glazed, 10 windows. TV. Excellent privacy. Exclusive apartment for short stay. Close to a large supermarket and numerous restaurants. Guest access The access to the apartment is trough the garden. The garden includes a small hill with a lot of figs trees and is perfect for a Sunday barbecue. The Check -in and Check-out are flexible. During your stay I'll be at Check-in to leave the keys and to describe better the apartment and the neighborhood. Anyway the Guest can ask me for any help during his stay.
