This sunny and high quality furnished, 2 bedroom holiday flat has a terrace with beach and town views. Only 50m from the sea in the best centre spot. All rooms have AC units and comfortable beds. Sleep quiet, fully equipped and very clean. 24/7 personal service. We are gay and dog friendly. Book this excellent vacation apartment only 5 min. from the station. Stay in the middle of the Sitges events, shops, wine bars and restaurants. Also a perfect place to stay for a Monthly or Winter rental. The space Penthouse holiday apartment located on the 3th floor without elevator. The space is light, open and has a very positive and relaxed atmosphere. This flat is fully equipped and has airco, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, fast WIFI, satellite tv, Nespresso machine, combi oven, microwave. Just open the door and it will feel like home. Cosy decorated and all services can be provided on request. You can take a dip in the ocean in the morning and have your private breakfast in the sun on your own terrace. There is a massage and hair salon downstairs and you will wake up with the smell of fresh baked bread in the morning from one of the best bakeries in Sitges. All you need to have a perfect holiday you can find in this area. Guest access Full access to the whole apartment, private terrace and community terrace. Other things to note Guests need to walk staircases to the apartment. There is no elevator. Your pets are welcome but we do ask for an extra fee of € 50 per stay. If any problem / damages occur during their stay, guests need to inform the host immediately. We can arrange taxi transfer till max 4 persons. We can arrange beach towels. Request before arrival please. 1x per week we arrange fresh bedlinen packages for stays longer then 1 week. The apartment has air conditioning and heating. All of our apartments are very save and easy to lock. If we have an arrival on the same day as guests depart, you need to check out before 11:00 AM. We can arrange luggage storage until departure on request. On arrival guests will receive a welcome package. Public transport is easy and well organised. You only need to rent a car if you want to explore the area outside of Sitges / Barcelona centre. Before check-out be aware that you will have to throw away all the Trash bags and bottles, put dirty towels in the bathrooms and hang sandy beach towels on the back terrace.
