The Flower Den

SUPER DEAL! The Flower Den is a spacious private space in the downstairs of the main house (walk-out basement like), that has a fantastic backyard to enjoy! You have a nice kitchenette/dining area, living area with a desk for your work space, full bathroom, and a large bedroom. You have your own parking spot in your own driveway and private entrance through the backyard & then the garage. Very close to many trails, dining and attractions. The space This is a walk-out basement set-up with a private entrance through the garage and backyard. It is a very large space consisting of a kitchenette, living room, full bathroom and bedroom. Once you enter the unit, there is a small kitchenette which has a table for two for your dining needs and a mini fridge, microwave, small toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, water dispenser and trash cans. There is NO FULL KITCHEN. There is NO SINK OR STOVE/OVEN. If you are looking to cook during your stay, the Den might not be a good fit for you. I do however provide paper plates, plastic ware, cups, coffee pods, sugar and creamer. When you leave the kitchenette area you enter the living room where there is a couch, a bench and a desk for your office needs. There is no TV in the living room, only the bedroom. Off of the living room is your full bathroom which has a shower, no tub. All your needs from soap, shampoo, body wash, lotion and towels are provided. In the bathroom there is also a washer/dryer along with detergent that guests are welcome to use. Off the living room is your large bedroom with an extremely comfortable queen bed, extremely soft linens, luggage rack and dresser with a TV on it. There are extra blankets in the closet. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the whole backyard which includes a hammock, two egg chairs in the gazebo and the patio area right outside their door which has a table and two chairs to lounge on. There is also a fire pit area with chairs and loungers to enjoy. Other things to note The Flower Den is the downstairs portion of the main house where I live part-time and is like a walk-out basement. There are only a few windows, a large one in the kitchenette, one in the bedroom and a small one in the bathroom. It is a very spacious area consisting of three rooms with the bathroom. You have a private entrance through either the garage (which I use) and the backyard. There is a locked door separating the main house from this space for your and my privacy. Guests are not allowed in the main house. Next door to The Flower Den is another Airbnb. No access to each other. All outdoor spaces, back yard, front yard and upstairs deck have security cameras. Since there is no full kitchen and/or sink there is no real silverware, plates or glasses. I do have plastic cups and plasticware for guests use though.
