The space Fully furnished with everything you need Other things to note 1) Entire apt (including balcony) is strictly non-smoking. 2) Apt is 55 square meters but feels larger due to open garden-like view from living room and panoramic garden-like view from balcony. 3) Bedroom has one double bed. Living Room has a pull out couch which can be used to sleep. There is one bathroom with shower. 4) There is a washing machine and dryer We have an outside clothes line and portable inside clothes drying rack. There is also a drop off laundry place nearby 5) Kitchen: entire kitchen is imported from Germany including high-end convection oven and induction cooktop stove. If needed we have a short demonstration "how to use" video for the induction cooktop. 6) Lift/Elevator: Yes. The apt is on 3rd floor but note that the lift/elevator stops between the floors-- which means that depending upon which floor you stop on, you have to either walk down 1/2 flight of stairs or up 1/2 flight of stairs
