Outside there is a large shaded courtyard, with barbecue + garden furniture, to eat with the family under the lime trees. The area is wooded, at an altitude of 750 m. A paved road leads to the entrance to the property. Description of the House: The cottage is an old farmhouse completely restored with a hangar serving as a garage for two cars and a small bicycle room. In front of the house there is a large, unenclosed, shaded courtyard, and around the house there is a large plot of land. Ground floor: The first room is a 27 m2 tiled kitchen. It is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen including: a two-tank sink with a drainer, a self-cleaning oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a hob with three gas burners + an electric hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine. For meals, there is enough dishes for about fifteen people, as well as many kitchen utensils and accessories (pressure cooker, cast iron casserole, multi-function electric robot, toaster, electric coffee maker...). Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a cellar. Then, the 45 m2 tiled dining room. In the center of the room is a large farmhouse table. There is also a large buffet, and a beautiful fireplace for your evenings, wood is provided at will. A bedroom of 11 m2 on parquet, with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables. Then there is a bathroom equipped with a shower and a sink; and finally a separate toilet Upstairs: The floor is parquet, except for the bathrooms, which are tiled. At the top of the stairs is the 22 m2 living room with a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. Color TV is provided. Then there is a 12 m2 bedroom with a bed, a wardrobe, and two bedside tables. At its sides, a second bedroom of 12 m2 with twin beds of 90 by 190, a wardrobe and also two bedside tables. On the other side of the living room is a bedroom of 24 m2 with a beautiful mezzanine of 13 m2, 4 beds of 90 by 190, wardrobe, bedside tables. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a sink.
