However, if you open the door, and step onto the balcony, the beautiful beach comes into view to the south and lagoon to the north. Covered parking is available under the building, with additional parking spaces along each side of Sandpiper. 2 vehicles are the maximum allowed per HOA rules. Guest access Guest will have access to the entirety of the 2/2 condo plus all common area amenities. Other things to note *There is a regular drip coffee maker in this condo.
