The farm is composed of 5 apartments in 3 buildings and surrounded by 27 hectares of olive trees, vineyards and fruit trees, nowadays organically cultivated. The renovation of the buildings, driven by passionate commitment, aimed to carefully protect the history of the ancient farm, retaining original structures and elements, including old beams, stones, traditional farming tools, using simple materials and warm colors, and respecting the broader architectural and landscape context which appears to be free from contamination and unchanged by the years. From Borgo guests can easily reach Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Colle Val d'Elsa, Volterra, San Galgano, and in less than an hour, Florence and the wonderful beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia, San Vincenzo, Follonica. Guests can also enjoy the thermal baths and hot spas of the area: Petriolo, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni di San Filippo and Rapolano Terme. The structure is composed of 5 apartments of various sizes, each with own private outdoor space. Guests can enjoy the common area located in the main building: in the warm and cozy dining room breakfast is served in the morning and meals can be consumed during the day ( extra charge ) , whereas in the living room with the fireplace, guests can indulge in a glass of wine, read, play or simply relax, especially in the evening, admiring the beautiful sunset over the surrounding hills.
