We are located in the scenic Roanoke neighborhood, one of the safest neighborhoods in Joplin. Large trees, character, & beautiful historic houses. We are within 5 miles to both hospitals & walking distance to historic downtown Joplin and Ozark Christian College. Private entry & charming decor in a fresh, new space. The property is a renovated 2nd floor studio with queen bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. There is also a spare air mattress provided for your convenience. While we do not have traditional cable, you are also welcome to access our personal Netflix or Hulu streaming accounts. Shared backyard area with grill, private entry to the detached apartment over the garage. Kitchenette with microwave, single burner, refrigerator, Keurig, and plenty of cabinet space. Access is most easily made from the alley, entering off of Sergeant Avenue. Off-street parking is available in our private driveway, especially convenient for loading and unloading your luggage. We are reachable by phone any time you need us, but will also give you as much privacy as you desire. Roanoke Terrace is a beautiful historic neighborhood with tons of character, tree-lined streets, and well-maintained historic houses. Roanoke is one of the safest neighborhoods in Joplin. We are within walking distance to historic downtown Joplin, Third Thursday, Art Walk, and other great Joplin events. We're also within short driving distance to hospitals and all other Joplin, Webb City, and Carl Junction amenities. We have two dogs that are mainly inside dogs, but you may briefly see them outside in the back yard. No pets have been inside the apartment, so this would be a great option if you are allergic to dogs or cats.
