This 1950’s motor lodge is being re-vamped and re-imagined into Geneva-On-The-Lakes first self check-in themed Boutique motel, where every room is a unique experience! This Modern Farmhouse style suite is second fl, 2 bed 1 ba. The space This Suite is our only two bedroom with a full kitchen and sleeps up to 5 people. We love the Farmhouse decor, custom kitchen with custom rustic hood, quartz counters and custom built bar with mood lighting. This is a second floor unit, must walk up stairs to access. Suite Features: -Sleeps up to 5 -WiFi/Cable/Smart TV (Log In to your own Accts.) -Keyless lock for self check in -Bedroom #1 has a Queen Memory Foam Bed (sleeps 2) -Bedroom #2 has a Twin over full Bunk both with Memory Foam (sleeps 3) -Full size kitchen with quartz counters, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, farmhouse sink & drip style coffee pot -Basic Kitchen Utensils, dinnerware, silverware, grilling tools, pots/pans -All bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided -Custom Tiled bathroom with Tub/Shower -Bath toiletries, kitchen soap and sponge -A roll of paper towels and toilet paper for your stay is provided -There is a shared common area with two picnic tables, firepit and chairs and two charcoal grills (bring your own firewood and charcoal) We do not provide cleaning or maid service during your stay. If you are staying 5 days or more, mid stay cleaning is required at an additional cost. The Living room has a sectional sofa, ( NOT a sleeper sofa), perfect for watching movies on our flatscreen with free Wi-Fi. The coffee table is handmade with re-claimed materials and the dinette area also features custom reclaimed woodwork! This is Unit 6, an upstairs suite, walking up a flight of stairs is required for access. There is no elevator. It is above our laundry room used only by staff. Our property is the perfect place to stay with family and friends. Rent all of our motel rooms & our on-site cottage to accommodate a total of 17 guests. You get your own privacy when you want it and can gather at the shared community space with a fire pit, 2 charcoal grills and picnic tables. Guest access You can use the fire pit, picnic area in the front of the motel. Other things to note This unit sleeps up to 5 people. Only those staying in the unit are allowed on motel property. There is parking for up to two vehicles only. Please car pool or find another parking area to keep any additional cars.
