The thatched dream house "Nordperd" with sea view from the 1st floor and private beach access has about 220 m² of living space, spread over two levels. There are three luxurious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a private sauna, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a spacious living area with fireplace. The huge sun terrace to the south side with beach chair and cozy seating area lets you forget your stressful everyday life. There are 3 luxurious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, private sauna, fully equipped kitchen area and a spacious living area with fireplace. The huge sun terrace to the south side with beach chair and cozy seating area makes you forget your stressful everyday life. The light-flooded living and dining area with sea views is located on the ground floor. The living room is furnished with cozy sofas and an led UHD TV. In the cooler seasons, the fireplace, built in the living room, spreads a particularly cozy atmosphere.  The large integrated kitchenette with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various small inventory makes every amateur chef's heart beat faster. A detached cooking island with seating completes the kitchen-living flair. On the ground floor you will find your own small sauna area with walk-in shower and toilet. A staircase leads to the exceptionally beautiful upper floor. Here you can expect 3 bedrooms - 2 of them with a double bed (box-spring beds with continuous topper) of size 180x200 cm as well as their own TV. The two bedrooms with the double beds have direct access to the respective bathroom including sea view. A bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a double vanity, and a freestanding bathtub – with absolutely brilliant sea views. The other bathroom has a shower, also with a double sink. In the 3rd bedroom, you will find 2 single beds (box spring beds) measuring 90 x 200 cm and also a private TV.  In all bedrooms there is the possibility of darkening the windows. Good to know: There are 2 parking spaces available to you free of charge. Wi-Fi is available for free. Washer/dryer and ironing utensils are provided. The beach house„Nordperd “ can be booked for up to 6 people. 1 well-behaved dog is also welcome after prior registration and for a fee. Please note that grilling of any kind is not allowed due to the thatched roof.  Charging electronic vehicles or hybrid is prohibited here. The ensemble of fully clipped cottages blends harmoniously into the coastal landscape with its color and material environment and promises the best holiday comfort with its high-quality equipment. In addition to the magnificent sea view and direct access to the beach, this includes especially spacious sun terraces with beach chair and private saunas in the house. The former fishing village of Lobbe is located in the middle of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve on the Mönchgut peninsula. This last ice age dominated by the last ice age enchants with endless sandy beaches, green salt marshes, rolling hills, dense reed belts, varied Bodden coasts, old fishermen's houses and idyllic harbors. Ideal for cycling, hiking, walking, jogging and for all kinds of water sports. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance of the "beach houses Lobbe". There are two parking spaces per house. If you want to take a break from your mobile base, you can easily take public transport from Lobbe to the neighboring seaside resorts of Göhren, Baabe, Sellin, Binz, Thiessow and all other points of the island.
