My home is located in an established, very "safe" neighborhood located inside 285 off I-85 North and Shallowford Road toward Briarcliff Road. Easy maneuverability and easy access from my location and only minutes to downtown Atlanta. 5 minutes from CDC-Chamblee Campus. The furnished bedroom for guests is located just upstairs from the main entry into my home. The room has a custom made queen sized very comfortable bed with your own private bathroom, Flat TV and cable. My home is a perfect location in Atlanta for easy access and maneuverability to everything Atlanta has to offer. I am also located in a well established very quiet and SAFE neighborhood. I have a carport for guests to park a car enabling guests to keep out of inclement weather during their stay assuming your car does not leak oil, antifreeze, etc. My home is very quiet and only prefer someone like that in my home. Excellent location for a traveling nurse who is looking for a safe and quiet place. My home is just a 5 minute ride to CDC-Chamblee Campus, Emory, Lenox Square, Phipps Plaza, Buckhead, Brookhaven. Georgia Tech, Georgia State, Mercer, CDC, ATF, VA Highlands and more. You will absolutely love this location!! Lots of shops, dining, grocery store and malls nearby. Public transportation and Marta bus service is within walking distance. I am always available for my guest(s). Minimal to moderate interaction with guests - I am home when guests arrive. I am also able to offer driving tips to restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores and directions to anywhere in Atlanta. Very well established neighborhood with the average home valued @ 500K Beautiful well established private quiet neighborhood. Lots of foliage in the Spring, Summer and most of Fall. Public transportation is available at the end of the street as you enter Sherbrooke Forest sub-division. If you prefer to utilize our SAFE Transportation Train(MARTA) to easily access all parts of Atlanta, you are only 5-10 minutes away from boarding. If you are arriving at the Atlanta International Airport, you would simply board our clean and safe MARTA train, hop on the GOLD Line heading North and Exit at the Brookhaven/Oglethorpe station. The train ride will cost you 2-3 dollars from the Airport. Once you Exit the train, my home is about 3 miles - about a $10 Uber ride. If you are driving to my home, you may park in the carport or in front of my home. My home is located in a cul-de-sac and very safe!!
