The walls of the apartment are adorned by art pieces from the West and Middle Eastern, with works by Renoir, Monet, Van Gogh and local Malaysian artists through Kufi Art calligraphy. It's respectful to welcome guests and likewise to keep the apartment clean by guests as it ensures a comfortable stay. To ensure privacy is maintained, decorum, polite attitude and positive behaviour are expected for a wholesome community. The resort style Swimming pool and equipped gymn on the 7th floor is suited for the relaxed and healthy lifestyle. Wifi can be accessed on the 7th and ground floor. Movie watching can be done on the DVD player for those who are movie buffs. The 3+2 sofa are newly purchased for a more comforting and relaxing stay.
