The space The home itself has a Balinese or Mediterranean Beach feel with indoor outdoor living spaces. Impeccable attention to detail and styling feels luxurious and somewhat rustic and homely. Direct access down the steps across the road to a grassy reserve and bay beach is lovely for a swim or a walk or to just sit in the sun. Enter the Villa via a bleached timber boardwalk through a lush tropical garden into the mezzanine level. Upper level has a large open plan indoor outdoor living/ dining with adjoining kitchen all flowing out on to a large verandah with Electrolux BBQ and Velux drinks fridge This level has a queen size bedroom, family bathroom and a large kids (or singles) room with King single, single and single trundle this has French doors opening out onto a small Japanese inspired courtyard. Also on this level is the indoor/outdoor living with open fire place and kitchen with breakfast bar, large enclosed verandah with BBQ and bar fridge Downstairs houses the master bedroom overlooking the view and pool with a carved timber King size bed, large ensuite with 2 person bath and walk in wardrobe. Its has a LCD flat screen tv and dvd. On this level is another pool side entertaining lounging terrace and another toilet shower room and laundry is next to this room. Library and second living area also. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room and air conditioning up stairs and external blinds cool the home in summer and a cosy stone fireplace and Rinai gas heating warm it in winter. Cook up a storm on the Ilve 900 stove overlooking Pittwater and over to Kurringai National Park watching the boats sail past listening to your favourite music on the BOSE CD/sound dock (BYO ipod or Iphone) or start the day with a cappucino or espresso looking out over the water The ambience of the home with the stone floors and rustic weathered timbers and expansive open areas together with the attention to detail and amazing view makes for a beautiful holiday home in a great location. Guest access Guests have full privacy and access to the whole property, however there is a 4th large room which has a queen bed, next to a bathroom.
