For your comfort, 2 bedrooms have a private bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a very large bathroom with bathtub, shower and double sink. A small mezzanine under the roof, air-conditioned and with TV, equipped with 2 single mattresses, will satisfy the youngest for joyful moments away from the adults! And for lovers of reading or board games, there is another mezzanine upstairs open to the living room with sofa and cushions! In the kitchen, you will have access to all the equipment necessary to fill your loved ones with small dishes: gas hobs, a refrigerator and an American fridge, a multifunction oven, hood, microwave and a whole range of dishes, cooking utensils, dishes... In the living room, 2 relaxing leather sofas will welcome you for evenings around the stone insert fireplace. For winter vacationers, wood is available for a small fire! For your meals inside, you can sit around a ceramic table for 14 people. The house is fully air-conditioned. Outside, a patio houses a summer kitchen with authentic barbecue and gas plancha. A large summer lounge and multiple deckchairs around the pool will allow you to relax out of sight. Its green setting makes the villa completely protected from view. Tranquility and calm guaranteed! The courtyard allows 2 vehicles to be parked on the property. As for the pool, there's nothing like jumping in as soon as you arrive! A large beach for the little ones and 1.60 m everywhere else. An alarm is present, but the supervision of the little ones throughout the stay will be worth much more than any security device! The garden, 1500 m2 landscaped and automatically watered in the evening, is home to olive trees, oleanders, very large eucalyptus and multiple wisteria, agapanthus, roses, ivy geraniums, bougainvillea...
