The brand new and quality layout contributes to the overall comfort. Close to Rennes' economic activity and its training, this accommodation allows you to travel easily. The welcome I reserve for you there is simple, smiling and adapted, like the open kitchen and the coffee or tea offered. The space 15 minutes from the heart of Rennes, you are here in the countryside. The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac! The vast wooded land is separated from the crops by a path lined with a hedgerow. In good weather, you can dine under the mulberry tree. Through the many windows, the sun enters the house throughout its daily course. Here, we are surrounded by greenery, quiet and light! Guest access The space in front of the house can accommodate three vehicles, including yours if necessary! On one level, the accommodation opens onto an entrance that leads to the kitchen. You can store your groceries in the back kitchen or on a dedicated shelf in the refrigerator. You have the option to reheat your dishes, prepare them, and share or not share your meal with the other guests. The accommodation has five bedrooms. Yours, the Clement Room, is located on the ground floor and overlooks the wisteria in the garden. Large and relaxing, it has a good double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk, a comfortable English armchair and a free Internet connection! The private bathroom, where towels are at your disposal, will preserve your privacy. Your private space has been designed to enhance and facilitate your stay. During your stay I've been happily hosting guests for 10 years. Students, interns, trainees, business travelers, for short or long periods, everyone is welcome, both solitary temperaments and extroverted characters. My presence on site is almost constant. So I am able to respond quickly to each other's needs. What matters is that everyone feels good, including the hostess! Other things to note Weekends are usually a time for families to get together!
