There are two main beaches in the Condominium: Espia Beach, the closest (the reference is “Cazuza Beach”) and Hotel Beach. There is a waterfall accessible by a street parallel to the street of the Hotel Portogalo, with very clean and fresh waters. Next is Praia do Hotel, with options for renting Stand-up Paddleboards, kayaks, etc. Renting a boat and strolling around Ilha Grande is a good leisure option. The Marina is inside the Condominium and is normally accessible by car. The Condominium has a full-time security system, with security guards circulating on the streets and monitoring cameras. We have 4 cylinders, connected 2 to 2. We leave them full. Whenever you need help, call Maria or Cláudio. If the gas runs out at night, just turn the key to the opposite position. In case of interruption of ENEEL services, the Condominium entrance gate can be informed for the measures and information. We have emergency lamps in the coffee table drawer. Without electricity, the water supply pumps do not work. The barbecue area's bathroom is supplied directly with water from the cistern and works even without electricity.
