Home Candia is a modern 80 m2 apartment located in a historic building in the center of Rome. The property is located in via Candia, in the Prati area, close to metro A and the Vatican. The Vatican area is the perfect place for a holiday: full of shops, typical restaurants, attractions and panoramic places. The space The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Each room has a double bed (with the possibility of adding single beds) and other comforts such as fast WI-FI, courtesy kit (sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, extra pillows and blankets), there are central heating, air conditioners and utensils for cooking (food is not provided). The structure does not have an internal private parking, but we recommend the local garage with which we have an agreement which offers discounted rates for our guests. Guest access The apartment is located in a historic building so to take the lift (60 cm wide) it is necessary to take a few steps. After the entrance door, the apartment is on the second floor which can be reached via the stairs or the lift. There is no physical reception (the 24h reception is ONLY online) and the concierge service is NOT available. For this reason, since we are in an unattended condominium, we ask you to make an appointment with a member of staff ONLY for check-in to collect the keys. There is also a stationer's shop, a pharmacy and a currency exchange and tourist information shop. All these useful points are located less than 200 meters from our structure.
