Our studios are located in the ancient “Fullino Nero” farmhouse located on the top of a hill covered with olive trees, 3.5 km from the center of Siena. Guests have access to large outdoor spaces, a garden and two large terraces with tables, chairs, sun loungers, and umbrellas overlooking the hills covered with vineyards, olive groves and green cypresses; a laundry room with washer and dryer; a reception for picking up keys; and free private parking. The space The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the ground floor with the patio; it has been recently renovated and furnished in Tuscan style. It has a living area with an equipped kitchen, table with chairs and sofa; sleeping area with double bed, dressing room and bathroom. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning/heating, bathroom linen, bedroom, kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV. In addition to being cleaned with disinfectants, the apartment is sanitized with ozone. Guest access Upon arrival, guests have access to a large private parking lot and are welcomed at our "Fullino Nero" reception. Our farmhouse has ancient origins and since the 18th century was owned by a noble Sienese family. Our family became its owner in the early 20th century and in the 1980s, Fullino Nero was one of the first farmhouses to be used as a farmhouse in Siena; it has recently been renovated respecting the rural architecture thus becoming a Tourist Hotel Residence with renovated apartments and equipped with comfortable amenities. Our desire to welcome guests in the quiet of the countryside to visit Siena, its surroundings and other places in Tuscany, offering all the comforts of a modern structure, has remained unchanged. Other things to note Laundry room: use of the washing machine is included in the price; the dryer is charged extra. Children under 3 years of age stay free (possibility of requesting a crib/cot).
