Ideal for relaxing away from the noise, the 100 m2 house on two floors in a hamlet of five stone buildings from the 16th to the 19th century has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Living room and kitchen on the ground floor on a wooden terrace. 15 min. from the A20 exit, well located to visit Rocamadour, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Padirac Chasm, Cahors (20 min.); supermarket 5 min. away and lake (Catus), nearby restaurants: (S. Denis, Catus, Gigouzac, Peyrilles...). At the pool, view of the hill opposite and relax on deckchairs, hammocks. The space On 2 floors, stone house from 1778 with exposed beams; 2 bedrooms upstairs facing south: one with 1 bed of 140x190, closet, table and the other with 3 single beds (possibility of 1 bed 180x190 + 1 bed 80x190), closet, dressers, direct access to the outside on a small courtyard (in addition to access via the ground floor). Small bathroom (sink, shower, toilet); stairs for the ground floor with tiled living room and fitted kitchen, overlooking the private wooden terrace. In the living room are 2 sofas, one of which (the red one) is convertible for occasional sleeping.(The accommodation is sized for 5 people). The capacity of the water heater is 200 liters. That's why we prefer to mention a capacity of 5 people). BBQ, summer lounge, outdoor table. Via the porch of the owners living next door, access to the pool (10x5), 30 m from the accommodation, 1.50 m deep, equipped with outdoor solar shower and hot/cold water shower inside the bathroom, with toilet. Access also to 1 hectare of meadow, with trees and corners to rest (deckchairs, hammocks, sun loungers, chiliens...). Guest access The accommodation is fully available to guests as well as a large stone exterior staircase that separates the house from the owners' residence, who live next door. Free parking next to the accommodation or in the meadow, in the shade. Swimming pool 1.50 m deep, child safety system, open from May to October; pool house with ext. and int. shower + toilet. Other things to note In order to respect the privacy of our guests, we refrain from using the pool area in their presence. Nothing prevents us from meeting by the pool for a chat over an aperitif, if they wish.
