Charming apartment a stone's throw from Piazza di Spagna, on the first floor with elevator, just renovated with fine finishes, very close to the points of interest and Metro Spain, with wifi, LED TV, safe, hot/cold air conditioning, close to restaurants, bar, pharmacy, super market. Accommodates up to four people. Private internal bathroom with shower. Hot cold air conditioners replaced in January 2025. N.B. the oven is currently out of use, we apologize for the inconvenience. The space The apartment consists of a large living area with kitchenette, dining area, large double sofa bed, and a double bedroom (beds 190x160 cm). Bed linen and towels supplied. The accommodation is completed by a bathroom with a shower equipped with a hair dryer, shower foam and shampoo, and a kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishes, washer-dryer. On request, it is possible to add a cot for children with a size of 120x60 cm. Guest access The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator. When entering the elevator, make sure to close the external door tightly, then press key 1. The apartment, whether you walk up or by elevator, is located on the landing on the left, is called FANTE. Other things to note The apartment will be ready from 3:00 pm but from 11:00 am it will be possible to drop off your luggage. We do not have a luggage storage area for the day of departure, but a few minutes away by foot there are various reliable and inexpensive luggage storage. Please note that it is not possible to dispose of waste in the bins on the ground floor, which is privately owned and supervised. You can leave your waste, separated, in the apartment, and we will remove it at the end of your stay; alternatively, from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm you can give the garbage free of charge to the collection floor of Via della Stamperia 64, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
