The space The casita is a stand-alone structure, so no shared walls. It is a cozy 350 sq. ft. building with a full bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom with closet, all of which have been recently renovated and furnished. Start your day with complimentary coffee and stay hydrated with the chilled, filtered water cooler. This is Phoenix after all. Feel free to hang out in the spacious back yard and help yourself to seasonal fresh fruit right off the tree. There’s a variety of citrus, apples, plums, pomegranates, figs, pecans, and peaches. I will happily let you know what’s in season during your stay. You have access to a covered parking space in the carport, but you can park on the street if you wish.
