Approximately 10 minutes by car from M48, 6 minutes by car to the racecourse. Handy for Offa's Dyke Trail, Wye Valley Walk and the start of the Wales Coastal Path. Chepstow is set in the Wye Valley, with a stunning castle and glimpses of the inspiration for Harry Potter landmarks. 5 minutes by car to Tintern (Abbey) 25 minutes from Abergavenny and the beautiful black mountains. On the edge of Chepstow Park Forest with endless walks and stunning scenery. The space Coffee/tea making facility in room. Continental or cooked breakfast can be provided for an additional charge £7 continental and £10 full english. Well behaved dogs are also welcome for an additional charge if £10 per night which I ask for on arrival. Please be aware we have a dog and cat. I also ask that no nuts or sesame products to be brought on the property as my son has a severe nut and sesame allergy. No smoking on the property. Secure lock up for bicycles in the garage. Guest access You are welcome to use the dining room - do please ask if you need something. During your stay There is usually someone around during the day but I work part time most mornings. There is always someone home in the evening, it will be me or one of my sons who can help with any questions or guest needs.
