Rose Cottage at Hill Farm finished to the highest standards with home from home comforts. The property is self contained and guests have private access to full facilities. There is private parking, along with stunning views of the Cheshire countryside. The space Rose Cottage is situated in a court yard. Entering the property through the front door gives you private access. The property has been renovated keeping to a very high standard using a combination of reclaimed materials combined with mod cons delivering a very homely environment with character and convenience. The views are stunning and access to towns and cities are in easy reach. They say a picture is worth a thousand words so here is what you can expect to see when you arrive at Rose Cottage. Guest access Each property has its own dedicated parking space for one car they are clearly marked out with the name of the property in the parking area. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN OTHER VISITORS SPACE We do limit free parking to just one car per property to avoid congestion however extra parking is available at a daily cost of £10 per day or a weekly cost of £50, this is in our general car park area. THIS MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE; you can arrange this after you have booked with Airbnb. If you have visitor’s no more than one extra car per time and no more than 2 hours free parking is available in our general car park area. Please refrain from allowing your visitors to park in other dedicated parking space for other guest’s. If you do not have a car getting around is easy we have lovely canal walks or river walks that take you to Frodsham, Northwich or Warrington. The closest Taxi service is Frodsham 4.8 miles the cost of a Taxi is between £7 and £10. Frodsham has its own train station that can then link you to the surrounding Cities and towns. Car rental is available with a free drop off and collection service. Other things to note We have electric gates on the entrance which you will be given the gate code when you book. The Gates auto detect vehicles leaving and open alternatively there is a button to exit for pedestrians. CCTV cameras are on the gates and on the car park areas. We want you to be safe during your stay and the cottage is equipped with smoke detectors, a first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Please check the info folder on arrival to make yourself familiar with their locations. A laundry is just 15 meters away from the cottage where washing machines, dryers Ironing board etc. are all available. Internet wifi from our ADSL line is FREE and unlimited and is ok for basic on line activity. For those wanting more band width we also do have boosted 4G internet routers available which operate on a data sim card. There is no rental charge on the hard ware but you will be responsible for maintaining the data cost. The monthly cost of unlimited data is £35. Please advise us prior to arrival if you require the boosted 4G system so we can set up ready for you. Just to let you know we have two Labradors, they too have their own house and garden all secured. They are very friendly and very fond of treats. but please do not feed them as they are on a permanent diet. Delivery from supermarkets is possible, so if you wish to order most of the supermarkets that do delivery will deliver to Hill Farm. Fuel Station & convenience store is 1.5 miles out of our gates and left Closest supermarket is 3 miles away ASDA and ALDI Frodsham is our closet town 4.8 miles from us a taxi service or a river walk away If you have any other requirement for visitors then please ask Chris or Colette and we will do our best to support.
