Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones! The space Entire home Guest access The entire cabin, deck, and the 10 acres surrounding the cabin. Other things to note UPDATE: A new water heater and filtration system was installed 1/19/2023 so there is NO more issue with the sulfur smell! ! The check-in time can be more flexible if given ample time for planning. See our guest book! I also have brochures for local restaurants and attractions. There are many great places to visit in Hot Springs. Please reach out to me for any recommendations or questions. There is propane for the grill and there should be a spatula and tongs inside the cabin. The grill is infrared so you can use the brush hanging by the grill to clean it once you are done. We have high speed cable internet, 1 Gig, which is fast enough to watch any movie or connect quickly to the internet. If you would like to walk down to the creek, you can follow the trail down to the gate. You can walk outside of the gate and reach the creek that’s just downhill. We had to install a gate to prevent people from trespassing/mudding. There have been some wildlife spotted at the creek at nighttime..there has never been a problem but just a heads up. PlEASE NOTE- Rifle season runs from 11/13-12/19. During this time, please don’t go down to the creek or in the woods beyond the creek. We’ve never had issues before, but safety is of upmost importance.
