Cabin in Cornell Township

Secluded cabin in a beautiful setting immediately adjacent to Hunters Brook Waterfall and the Escanaba River. This is a place for total relaxation and exploration. It offers excellent fly or spin cast fishing in a shale bottom river. Sit by the fire pit and enjoy nature at it’s best. This is a “must experience” type of getaway! There is no WiFi or TV. Cell service is spotty. It’s a great place to unplug. The space Comfortable and cozy cabin that includes two private bedrooms, a comfortable inside bathroom with shower, full kitchen with stove/ oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The cabin has a wrap around deck with a gas grill, picnic table, and outside chairs. There is a fire pit for your evening enjoyment. Parking is available in the yard. It is almost a mile and a half off of the main road so it is very secluded. The road in is gravel and almost always in good condition. Follow the directions provided. Google maps should also work if you have service. Guest access You can explore the brook and river but it can be dangerous in the spring and after heavy rainfall. The cabin is in the woods so there could be black bear, coyotes, wolves, bobcats etc. in the area. Other things to note Be prepared to “unplug” and relax in one of the most amazing and beautiful settings you have ever experienced.
