Quaint Home in Central Modesto

Our house sits back on a quiet cul de sac with a wonderful backyard lined with redwoods and a private courtyard. Close to the Virginia Corridor running, walking and biking trail. We have 2 rooms for rent. Both Have a queen bed with a shared bathroom across the hallway. My wife and I are both teachers and live here as well with our small pomeranian/maltese--Lara. The space Guests are welcome to kitchen and family reading/entertainment room as well as the outdoor patio area. Guest access I will greet you upon arrival. Please park in front of house near large Oak Tree. Common areas are accessible at all times to guests. Including kitchen, dining and family room. During your stay Please let me know what else you need during your stay. Directions, places to visit, places to eat or things to do in our community or nearby from Yosemite, Mammoth Lakes, to Tahoe, San Francisco, Santa Cruz & Monterey! I have a ton of traveling experience and will share my favorites with you! Other things to note Traveling nurses, professionals and interns welcome for longer stays especially in summer!
