Sunny open plan stylish home with beautiful garden

Perfect space for seperate living or 2 families. Beach 400m Warm, peaceful, open plan family home. Sunny pool, sheltered and shady garden for escaping the wind. Braai at our fire-pit or just chill under the stars. Dine on the deck or around the pool. The main house sleeps 7 in 3.5 bedrooms( 7th sleeper is off the main bedroom).then we have Two 2-sleeper garden apartments.Peaceful and quiet hood. 2 off street parking or on street parking for extra cars. The space Liz and I share our home with our cat Max and dog Doogle, as well as our 2 young adult children. Our lovely garden is what sets our property apart from others in our neighbourhood…big trees, flowers, birds, shade and soft green grass. Walk home 400m after kitesurfing. The Borehole keeps our garden green and wetsuits clean.Our home is safe, peaceful and quiet. It has a feeling of openness with lots of sunshine and cool chill out areas. It’s quite sheltered but you know when the winds up! 2 Bedrooms open onto the pool area. Well equipped with all amenities. Fire-pit /braai area and big deck with shaded pergola for summer chilling. Our shaded wooded deck doubles up as a great semi shaded, outside work space (has power). We do have a small UPS if Eskom fails to provide electricity. One apartment is behind the garage seperate to the main house but fairly close by. Our new apartment is in the bottom of the garden for some more privacy.We can provide long boards, a bicycle and snorkeling gear on request . We are grateful to those that rent our home and go the xtra mile to help you have a fantastic holiday, sharing our love for hiking and adventure. Guest access Drive in 2 cars behind an automated vehicular gate or enter a seperate safe pedestrian gate. Storage for Kites in back garden. A private security patroller cruises at night which helps keeps our street safe and quiet. Other things to note You will be trusted to care for our whole home. Take the garbage out early on Fridays. Our gardener will visit every Thursday (he’ll clean & service the swimming pool as well as sweep and clean our garden) Our trusted domestic will change bedding and towels weekly. She will also clean the bathrooms and vacuum or sweep all other rooms. Please clean your own dishes. Personal laundry can be organized directly with her for another day (or use our washing machine yourselves). This once a week service (for our domestic and garden worker) is included in the rental price. If you would like extra domestic help, please plan this with her directly. She is available for 2 other days a week. A super star whos worked with our family for 22 years. She is fantastic with most young children. We have a removable swimming pool fence with a self closing gate. Just ask if we should install it for your visit. We provide firewood for your convenience
