Only 35-40 minutes away from Pawhuska & 15 from Woolaroc, this cottage sits on a small private lake in a gated 65 acre private estate. There are more friendly animals than people at this estate; 29 goats, 8 mini donkeys, 4 horses and more! With a queen sized bed & a small bunk room w/ twin bunks it will comfortably sleep 2 adults & 2 small people. The cottage has a small kitchen w/ a refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, dishes, etc. A firepit and grill outside. Private 65 acre estate with friendly animals, and fully stocked ponds. Canoe, small lake, island, and animals. Bunk bed for small children, 13 and under probably. We used to meet with the guest when they arrive but since the pandemic we have put that on hold . However, we live on the same 65 acres as the cottage so we are not far if you have a question or need anything! Privacy, peace, and quiet, nature, fresh air, and stars abound but if you want to venture out Woolaroc is approx. 8 miles away and there are casinos approx. 7 and 13 miles away. Tulsa is less than an hour south, (The Gathering Place is amazing). Bartlesville is about 15 minutes North. Pawhuska is about 35 miles away. No public transport unless you can talk one of the critters into giving you a lift (NOT LIKELY :-) but we do have free parking. Please feel free to bring treats for the horses, hinny, mini donkeys, mule, and goats! They love carrots 🥕 and cut up apples 🍎 but enjoy other fruits and veggies as well as a few tortilla chips. Please don't bring your own pets or you'll asked to leave without refund. please don't even ask to bring your pets, the answer is no. We have wild birds and animals that live on the place, and unknown pets cause too much trouble at our place.
