The house is located in an unique and quiet place in the city center of Utrecht in the neighborhood Wilhelminapark. The combination of a very comfortable house in a green area, in the city center, will ensure a great stay in Utrecht. The house is ideal for couples or families with children visiting Utrecht and surroundings. Minimum stay = 6 nights Couple or families (children) only No friend gathering The space Hall and entrance There is a separate entrance with a wardrobe, hall with a toilet and the staircase. Ground floor: living room - en suite - dining room The cozy living room has a fireplace (wood), a TV with netflix + Dutch and foreign channels, and a cupboard full of board games. In the dining room there is a table for 10 people, next to the kitchen with 2 ovens, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso cups), kettle and a blender. Garden From the dining room you can walk into the garden, which has been De completely renovated. It has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine and read a book in the evening. The children can play on the field and enjoy the trampoline (maximum of 2 people, please take out your shoes). On the first floor bedroom No. 1 and 2 (en suite) is situated, with a double bed in the master bedroom and a double sofa bed in the connected room (the bedsofa is best for 1 adult or 2 small children), which is multifunctional; second living room, office or second bedroom. From here you can go to the balcony. On the same floor there is bathroom nr. 1 where you can use a bath, shower, toilet and a separate room with washing machine and dryer. There is one bedrooms on the second floor with one bed and one bedsofa. This floor has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. As shown in the pictures, the interior is modern, clean and cozy; ideal for a lovely stay in the center of Utrecht. Guest access In case it is rented by 2 or 3 persons, ground floor and first floor is accessible. In case of more then 3 people, second floor is also accessible.
