Fattoria Laviosa has over 20 hectares of land, including a large truffle ground, a variegated orchard, and a large olive grove, in fact it produces organic extra virgin olive oil, available for sale upon request. The property has a beautiful infinity pool with continuous water change, accompanied by a magnificent tennis court, and also a small private consecrated church. The location is truly idyllic and excellent for relaxation and long walks in our fairytale woods and orchards, where you can pick fruit directly from the trees and taste it fresh. It is close to the major cities of Tuscany: Florence, Pisa, Volterra, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Lari... not to mention the fabulous seaside resorts both with beach (Castiglioncello, Vada and Tirrenia) and with rocks (Livorno, Romito and Marina di Pisa). The village of Fauglia is a small historic center, reachable on foot in ten minutes. In the square there are restaurants, bars, an ice cream shop and other small shops. The village where the Fattoria Laviosa estate is located is really quiet, and in the summer it entertains its tourists with typical Tuscan village parties, with traditional dishes and craft stalls. Inside the village we have a very beautiful theater that often hosts some famous Italian actors and also a furniture museum. In the central square all the businesses provide an excellent and quality service. All this life in a small historic village in the Tuscan countryside. To get around, obviously the village of Fauglia is connected by public transport such as the bus, but the frequency of the timetables is not so vast, so I strongly recommend renting a car or staying with your own, taking advantage of a nice "on the road" trip to get to this fantastic estate.
