It is a typical Apulian house of the late 1800s with star vaults and original cocciopesto floor built by my great-grandparents with a large living area and comfortable double sofa bed, super-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine), double bed, large and cozy bathroom, bright and fresh veranda, hot/cold air conditioning (+ pellet stove for the winter), enriched by works of local artists. Access and all spaces are private, you can enjoy in peace the exquisite veranda on the back furnished with a small table, two chairs and a deck chair, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in privacy. The veranda is equipped with a shower and a sink with mirror. The street is very quiet, where you will easily find parking, and is very close to the historic center of Ugento. Other things to note Breakfast is included: We offer a traditional Salento breakfast featuring Quarta coffee, local pastries, friselle (crispbread), and local extra virgin olive oil. In the house you will also find tea, herbal teas, chamomile, sugar, honey. The breakfasts in the house alternate with tasty breakfasts in a great bakery nearby, so we provide prepaid tickets.
