Located 2 km from the village of Termes, in the heart of unspoilt and wild nature, the cottage is located on a horse farm. You can enjoy walks, marked circuits, a rich heritage, the exceptional fauna and flora of the Hautes-Corbières, the river and of course history with the Château de Termes and Catharism. The space The cottage is isolated in the middle of nature, relaxing and quiet, and ideal for children who can play in complete freedom without danger. A large living room with equipped kitchenette. Upstairs, a dorm with a capacity of 8 beds, a bathroom and a toilet. Photovoltaic power. Large terrace in front of the house. Parking under the trees. Owner's house a few meters away. The beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, a duvet with its cover, pillows with cases, but it is desirable to have a sheet or sleeping bag. We do not provide towels as well as shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste. Other things to note The town of Termes is a tiny village, you won't find a grocery store, bakery or tobacco office. Plan for groceries. There is a small supermarket in Laroque de Fa about 15mm from the cottage. In Mouthoumet you can find gas and in Villerouge-Termenès of tobacco.
