Waterside Cottage, stunning country views, Norwich

Waterside is one of 6 cottages within a large converted 1700s stable building set among beautiful scenery with ample farmland & woodland walks. Take advantage of the peace & quiet relaxing in our gardens, taking in the scenery. Or go exploring around our grounds, enjoy the duck pond & see the wonderful wildlife. Children will enjoy the games barn (open all year, wrap up in the winter) with a pool table, table tennis & toys to enjoy. There are swings & climbing frames around the grounds. The space Waterside ground floor has a bathroom and open plan kitchen living room, the second floor has a bathroom and two bedrooms, a double and twin/double room, the third floor has a bathroom and family room with a queen size bed and up to two single beds on request. There is a shared games barn onsite (open all year round), which has table tennis, pool table and toys for the smaller ones. There is another Games Room with a snooker table, darts board and table tennis, this room can be booked for private sessions. Around the grounds there are swings and climbing frames. During May to September guests may use the outdoor solar and air pump heated pool and Tennis court which is located at the main farm (a short walk of 10 minutes or a 2 minute drive). Dogs are welcome in this cottage and there is a charge at £15 per pet. Our booking system is currently not syncing this extra cost with Airbnb, we hope to have this sorted ASAP. In the meantime the pet fee can be sent across as an extra on the price or paid on arrival. Guest access Guests have full access to the grounds, fishing lake, woodland and farmland walks (dogs must be kept on leads at all times to protect the horses and their riders sharing the same path). The games barn is open all year, but is not heated so wrap up during winter. This barn shared with all guests throughout their stay. There is a second games room that can be booked for private 1 hourly slots. In this room there is: a 65" smart tv, seating area, darts board, pool table and tennis table. The outdoor solar & air pump heated swimming pool and grass tennis court are only open from May through to September. A hardcourt tennis court is available all year but you will need to bring your own rackets and balls. Other things to note We are currently adhering to government guidelines during the COVID-19 crisis, if your booking contravenes the regulations you may be asked to book another cottage or your booking may be at risk of cancellation.
