Homely Beachside Apartment in Newquay Town Centre!

Recently renovated stylish ground floor apartment with own private entrance and courtyard located on a quiet road just off Newquay high street & if you walk across the road there is the stunning Tolcarne beach! Up to 2 well behaved dogs (3 if small) allowed Please do add on the dog to the booking. Check the pictures above of where the free parking is shown (free car park opposite the flat between Nov-April or pay and display outside those months which is 2/3 mins walk away. The space The beautiful apartment sleeps up to 4 people as we have a very comfortable thick mattress pull out Sofabed please let us know if you need to use it before arriving and select how many people are visiting so we can have this set up for you. The lounge has a corner sofa and a 42” smart tv with Netflix app assessable for you to log into your accounts if have one. The bedroom is very cosy with a 30” smart TV & a dimmed lamp for nice relaxing mood. There is a nice comfortable bed with drawers and wardrobe plenty of storage for your clothes! In the bathroom we have a very powerful shower with the rainfall head or the handheld one. We have a small courtyard which is perfect for letting the dogs out if you bring any. Towels and bedding is all provided for your stay. Parking - There are nearby roads including Edgcumbe gardens & Elliot gardens which have free parking and are only short 2 minutes walk away and there is a car park which is FREE from NOV - APRIL and reasonably chargeable outside of these times. I have put prices on the pictures on the listing. Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need! We have multiple pots and pans and trays along with plenty of cutlery and bowls plates and glasses.
