Bramhall is a lovely suburb of Cheshire only a 10 min drive to Manchester Airport. It has a train station linked to the area including the City Centre & a delightful local village centre with tasteful bars and restaurants. You'll have your own bedroom & own bathroom with a shower and bath. As the house has 2 comfy lounge areas you'll have a lounge in which you can relax alone & control the TV. Outside there is a decking, a lawn & patio in a private garden with outside seating & a patio heater. The space Welcome to our spacious bungalow .You will have your own double room and bathroom and access to the kitchen and lounge areas so pretty much home from home I hope . If you need a second bedroom for your stay please just let me know as I have a second bedroom next to this that you could use too if needed for an additional fee. We are only 10 minutes from Manchester airport (due to the recent opening of the new A555) you can arrive at a spacious modern Bungalow at any time, start your holiday with a day chilling inside or out and transport can easily be booked for your travel to the airport. We are happy to discuss you leaving your car for the duration of your holiday/ work trip . There are a variety of take-outs that can be delivered or Bramhall Town Centre is 5 mins away and provides access to a variety of lovely coffee shops, bars, restaurants and local shopping. You also have use of modern kitchen if you'd prefer and a fridge designed to chill your 'start of holiday' beer, wine or trendy G & T. Also if it is a winter trip or the weather is chilly you can have your own lounge with comfy settee, roaring live flame fire and TV with Netflix and other TV apps. Into your football?? the local pub shows live football matches on a large screen and we have Sky and BT sports ⚽️ at home you could watch in the comfort of our home. Bramhall Park and Happy Valley are on the doorstep for lovely walks with Lyme Park a short drive away where the deer roam .We are a short drive from the Peak District and 2 hours from the beautiful Lake District Parking is available on the driveway. Access to a washing machine and dryer can be provided for an additional fee. During your stay I am contactable on a mobile and willing to assist with any arrangements or advise where possible Other things to note I have a Cavapoo dog who lives with me . She is 3 years old . She is very friendly and quiet . She is not permitted in your private areas but she will be in the communal areas as this is her home 🏡. Please do please consider this before making a booking .
