Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy our shared front yard space, featuring a cozy seating area and charcoal BBQ grill — perfect for relaxed outdoor meals. You’ll also have access to our stunning rooftop shared terrace, offering 360° panoramic views of the sea and mountains. It’s a perfect spot to unwind, complete with lounge chairs, tables and seating, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and an additional BBQ grill. For swimming, you have three great options: A private, man-made concrete beach right in front of Villa Perla A small pebble beach just 20 meters away The main Utjeha Beach only 100 meters down the road A supermarket and bakery are just 15 meters from the property, and several restaurants are within easy walking distance. Other things to note Kindly bear in mind: • Faucet water is NOT SAFE FOR DRINKING. • Apartment space can be limited. Should you require an iron and ironing board, a dedicated room on the top floor is available for this purpose. • There is also a washing machine on the top floor. Please approach us if you need to do laundry. To cover costs for water, electricity, housekeeping, and detergents, we levy a charge of 6EUR per load. • We offer airport pick-up for an additional fee. If this service is required, please reach out to us via email. • Tourist Tax: The daily government tourism tax is set at 1.00 euro for adults, while for children aged 12 to 18 years, it is 0.50 euro.
