Close to the Krishnamachari yoga Mandiram. Ideal for patients coming for Shankar nethralaya, Apollo hospital and kauvery hospital. The master bedroom has its own master bathroom. The other two bedrooms have one common bathroom. So it’s 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms has queen size bed’s. Easy to reach Adyar and Nungambakkam. Hardly 5 to 8 minutes to areas like T nagar and Pondy bazaar. Close to Restaurants like Subway, Sangeetha, Saravana bhavan ,Parambaryam, Ente Keralam, Tangerine, Dhabha express, fresh baked goodness, Coffee Day, Ajnabhi, Korean restaurant, Japanese restaurant, Benjarong, French loaf, Amaravathi, midnight express. Ice cream Parlours like Cream and stone and Ibaco. Hospitals like Kauvery, Apollo cancer hospital, Billroth, Isabella are all closeby. Its walking distance from Isha yoga (by Sathguru). Distance to US Consulate -3.5 kilometers 7 minutes by car. Distance to Marina beach -4km, 11minutes by car. Distance to Agarwal eye hospital-2km, 6minutes by car. Guest access They will have access to the entire apartment with kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms, 2 private balconies exclusively for the guests. A common terrace and a private car parking space inside the building. Other things to note Kindly please introduce yourself while making a booking and let us know what brings you to town and who you are travelling with. Luggage drop off allowed The building does not have an elevator.If you have trouble climbing stairs then Please request to check if a lower floor is available before booking. Only 2 bedrooms and living room has AC. The third bedroom does not have an AC. After booking it’s mandatory to share the ID’s of all the guests in the inbox. We will share checkin details only after receiving all your ID’s. Kids ID’s are not required. Kindly don not ask us for a early checkin or a late checkout. We cannot promise this prior to your arrival as the apartments gets booked and hence we have to wait for the guest to leave. You can call the caretaker on the day of your arrival to check if incase the apartment is ready and free to checkin early. Please don’t send early checkin or late checkout requests while booking. Housekeeping is provided once a week which includes bed making, dusting, sweeping floors, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and wiping tables.Washing machine is provided for the guests use . The caretaker does not have a spare key to the apartment so you will have to request housekeeping when you are there in the apartment. We would request our guests to treat the property as their own and before leaving please have the utensils clean, so we can have the property cleaned for the next guest before time. Checkin is strictly 12noon and checkout is 11am. After 12noon the guests can checkin at any time even if it’s post 12am no problem at all. Our caretaker is very efficient and he will help checkin and checkout 24 hours. He is used to receiving guests who arrive in early morning flights or midnight flights. Kindly please do not ask for my contact details prior to booking as we take bookings only through Airbnb. I get lot of messages and hence I am mentioning it here. Kindly Please do not arrive before 12noon for checkin as we don’t have a waiting area.
