Separate servant bedroom and bathroom. - Two bedrooms on the ground floor and six bedrooms on the first floor. All have double beds. - Well equipped Kitchen (with refrigerator and microwave) with a Cook. - Drinking water purifier. - Barbeque facility is available on prior request. - Terraces on both sides of the House. - My house has great views. It can accommodate around 40 guests at a time. - Cable TV Connection in Living room. - 24 hours caretaker. Property is under CCTV surveillance. - Power backup available.
