Mint is an apartment completely refurbished in July 2020, on the third floor (no elevator) of a building from the 70s (9 units). It consists of an entrance, a living room/kitchen with satellite TV and a sofa bed (140x190), a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a full bathroom with a washing machine, a storage room, and a small balcony. Air conditioning and independent heating. The area is quiet and green but also convenient to shops. The tram stop to the city center is just 50 meters away. The space We have put all our love and care into the renovation of Mint, paying attention to every detail of furniture, to make you feel pampered at home. The living area consists of a living room/kitchen with sofa bed, satellite TV with more than 4000 channels, a full kitchen equipped with everything we believe you may need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and cups. There is always some salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, detergents. Those who sleep on the sofa bed in the living room will have a closet in the hallway and a coat rack behind the door. From the living room you can access the terrace, where you can lay out clothes, smoke (the only place where it is allowed), sheltered from the sun and rain, thanks to a cappottina tent. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a 4-door wardrobe, where you'll find blankets and back pillows and pillowcases. You will also find them in the container bed in the room. The bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. You will find towels, hair dryer, soap, toilet paper, foam shower and shampoo at your disposal (enough for a day or two, in time to go shopping). In the hallway we installed a wall-mounted shoe rack. In the storage room you will find a broom, a vacuum cleaner, a drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board. The entrance is the only area shared with the other apartment, completely independent; here you will find flyers, maps and tourist brochures, as well as information about restaurants in the area. We tried to provide Mint with maximum climate comfort: the apartment is equipped with independent heating, with room thermostat to regulate the temperature and two air conditioners (one in the room, one in the living room/kitchen), completely adjustable with independent temperatures from the other. The Guizza neighborhood is residential, very quiet and with several green spaces, with schools, services and basic shops, it is like a small town. So don't expect to find the shops and restaurants of the center: for those, just take the tram (500 meters from the house) and in 15 minutes you will have all this too! Guest access Mint is accessed through a gate on the street. After three steps in the condominium garden, you reach the entrance door of the building. The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator). The entrance is shared with another apartment, completely independent. In the garden, there are bins for separate waste collection. Other things to note WHAT WE ARE AND WHAT WE ARE NOT It's crucial that you know we're not a hotel and don't want to look like one. Staying with us you will not find 24-hour services or daily cleaning, but a lot of love and passion in what we do. The towels and sheets we provide are never just white by choice: the towels are used to distinguish the sets between the various guests (one has the yellow ones, the other has the green ones, etc.) and then isn't life already difficult enough not to enrich it with a little color? :) We have been hosting in our homes for 10 years and we increasingly want the people who choose us to feel that they are in tune in a home that will be theirs for the period they want, not to be in a facility where they feel like customers. In other words, we offer what we would love to receive if we were traveling! STAYS FOR REMOTE WORKING (AGILE WORKING) OR FAMILY STAYS Our apartment is perfect for working from home, the wifi connection is stable and with good speed. It's also perfect for a family stay. The pandemic has taught us that, in addition to taking the usual care in cleaning all surfaces, it is advisable to wait at least 24 hours between guests, to ensure maximum safety, both for us and for our guests. FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION (VOUCHER OR REFUND) Book your stay with peace of mind: we have adopted a "flexible" cancellation policy, so you can change your mind even at the last moment and reschedule your stay at another time. Of course, alternatively, you'll be entitled to a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of the start of your stay. A SUSTAINABLE STAY We try to do our part to help protect our planet. Sheets and towels are washed with long cycles and low temperatures, using detergents with low environmental impact, with little fragrance to avoid allergic reactions. In our stocks, we prefer large packages or bulk items to limit packaging. We have chosen a sustainable electricity supplier, replaced the fixtures and air conditioning systems, and low-energy bulbs where possible; when they are not repairable, we are committed to replacing the appliances with new ones in class A. We are committed to cleaning the apartment with low environmental impact detergents and methods, often made by us with recipes recommended by the WHO or leading consumer associations. If you want to ask us for information, we will gladly share our recipes with you! We will be grateful if you respect our commitment, with simple precautions: respect the recycling system: separate organic waste, paper, glass, plastic and cans (they go together), in such a way as to allow the greatest possible recycling and produce the least mixed waste.
