Immaculate clean and tidy room 5-minute walk to Farmers Market 7-minute drive to Town Bus stop just outside the house 6 min drive to Beach Quiet and safe Neighborhood Eaton Fair shopping center and Bunbury Forum very close by. 20-30min drive to Ferguson Valley The space You will have access to your own bathroom & toilet. Guest access Access to the whole house and backyard/patio. No access to our bedroom located on the right as you walk in the front door.
