This 1 bedroom with Queen size bed is located in our house where we reside. My wife and I may or may not be here during your stay. We are both very easy going, happy fun natured people and will stay out of your way during your stay. Immaculate clean and tidy room 5-minute walk to Farmers Market 7-minute drive to Town Bus stop just outside the house 6 min drive to Beach Quiet and safe Neighborhood Eaton Fair shopping center and Bunbury Forum very close by. 20-30min drive to Ferguson Valley The space You will have access to your own bathroom & toilet. Guest access Access to the whole house and backyard/patio. No access to our bedroom located on the right as you walk in the front door. During your stay Always happy to help and answer any questions you may have. Other things to note There's a small guest fridge/freezer located in the laundry and a small fridge with freezer on the back Patio where you can put your food and drinks.
