Modern apartment with sea view, pool and parking

Cozy and well furnished 2 floor duplex apartment in the heart of the Boka Bay. Magnificent panoramic view from terrase and living room, swimming pool, private parking, fully equiped kitchen and bathroom. Beach is only 200 meters away and there are many bars and restaurants. Grocery shop is 10 minutes and Luxury resort Portonovi with it's many features is only 15 minutes walk away. Herceg Novi is 7 km, Dubrovnik is 50 km away. All of this guarantee an unforgettable vacation during the whole year. The space For me the biggest advantage of my place is the terrase with it's astonishing view on the Boka Bay. When I start my day with a coffee on this terrase, everything gets easier for me. :) If you are coming during spring, summer or autumn you can use the pool, which is opened all day/evening long (depending on the weather). The apartment has 2 floors, so as the sleeping rooms are on the upper floor it gives more freedom to the building that are in the living room and more privacy/peach and quiet to the one that are in the sleeping rooms. Private parking spot is a big advantage in the Boka Bay during the summer time, as it lacks public parking places. Building itself it is close to the beaches, however as it is 200 meters uphill in the quiet area, it gives you a lor of privacy and peace and quiet. AIR-CONDITIONING provided on both floors (on each there is 1)! Guest access The apartment stay at your private disposal, so no one will be sharing anything there with you. The only thing that you would share is a pool. It is shared among the people in the building (15 apartments) and from my experience it is not crowded at all. Other things to note On addtion to your price, you would need to pay tourist tax! Tourist tax is: 1 euro per adult per day 0.5 euro for a teenager between 12 and 18 years old children under 12 years don't need to pay.
