This spacious villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms with standard beds for 8 people, plus an optional extra bed for 2 in the largest room. *We are registered holiday rental providers, so your stay at Villa Cynara is fully legal and comes with all applicable guest rights. *The villa guarantees a high level of cleanliness and is fully equipped, with all rooms being generously sized with plenty of natural light during the day. *The villa features 4 bathrooms and 1 additional toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned. Guests enjoy ample outdoor space, including a beautiful summer kitchen, terraces, and the pool. *Night swimming is allowed and offers a truly memorable experience. *New built in 2017 by a renowned design office, the villa combines modern architecture with traditional Istrian style. Located in the south of picturesque Istria, only 20 km from ancient Pula, it is close to some of the region’s most beautiful natural beaches and crystal-clear waters. *The total covered area, including the spacious summer kitchen, is over 280 m². *On the ground floor, there is a large open space with living room, kitchen, and dining area dominated by a stunning stone fireplace. There is also a large bedroom on the ground floor with a luxurious 12 m² bathroom featuring a unique wooden ceiling, double sinks, and a large glass-enclosed shower. *Stairs made of native Istrian stone lead to the first floor, where 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The rooms open onto a covered terrace in traditional Istrian style, leading down to the pool area. A covered terrace by the pool connects to the rustic summer kitchen, equipped with a BBQ, cooking plate, and outdoor fridge. *The property (approx. 800 m²) is partly enclosed by a stone wall and partly by pine trees, ensuring full privacy. There are 4 private parking spaces. *Some of the most beautiful Istrian beaches are approx. 3 km away, accessible by car. The area offers numerous pebble, sandy, and rocky beaches, as well as paths through vineyards and olive groves, ideal for walking or cycling. *Smoking is allowed on the terraces and in the summer kitchen. *The villa is fully furnished, and a travel cot can be provided for small children (counted in the total capacity). *The pool measures 32 m². *The village of Kavran is an ideal location for a summer holiday in sunny Istria, with clean sea and its authentic natural surroundings. Recommended day trips include Brijuni National Park or the islands of Krk, Cres, Lošinj, or Plitvice National Park. The area is safe, peaceful, with excellent roads and connections, and offers a rich selection of entertainment, sports, music, culture, and gastronomy during the tourist season.
