Close to everything you could want to do: 40 mins to Sundance Ski Resort, 50 mins to SLC, 5 minutes to Hobble Creek Golf Course or 2.5 hours to Arches National Park. Enjoy the hustle and bustle while you're out and about then return at night for some quiet, small town relaxation. Our family and pet-friendly home is next to everything you need to stay, play, relax and cook in comfort! The space You'll love this newly remodeled basement 1300 sq ft apartment. Through your private entrance, you'll find rustic touches in every room as well as outside. Enjoy the outdoors and relax on the patio in the fully fenced, private backyard. Walk around the rock garden and see what different items are there or check out the 1937 Chevy pickup and mining cart in the front yard. This location offers quick access to world-class skiing, national parks, golfing and some of the most beautiful mountain biking and hiking views in the world. There are activities for all ages. Other things to note Please note that this is a shared thermostat. You will need to let me know if you would like it adjusted. I have added blankets and electric fireplaces for additional comfort, if needed. We do have a Great Dane named Kloe. She occasionally barks when she goes outside to potty or if someone comes to the front door. EVERYONE staying the night MUST be on the reservation list. If not, they will be asked to leave or you will need to alter your reservation, which may lead to additional fees. This is not to be mean, this is for your protection and mine. If a guest is not listed on the reservation list, they are not covered by Airbnb.
