Cozy log cabin on Skarvatnet, Oppdal

Great hand-built cottage by Skarvatnet, with a short distance to Oppdal city center and top ski resort. The cabin is located at 900 meters above sea level, "in the middle of Trollheimen", and is accessible with parking on the plot in summer and winter. Here everything is set for good experiences, either with skis or hiking boots on your feet - or in front of the slate fireplace in the living room. Immediate access to a huge network of ski trails in winter, and Skarvatnet invites you to great experiences throughout the year. Boat is available for the tenant in the summer. The space The property is located at Nerskogveien, easy access in summer and winter. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 living room that can be used as a bedroom. On the 1st floor there is a living room, kitchen, hallway, toilet and bathroom. My bedroom is locked, but can be rented on request. In the kitchen you can only use the dry goods such as coffee, tea, sugar, spices etc. TV/satellite dish 62°40'55.9"N 9°33'13.1"E Guest access a. Access: The cabin is located at Nerskogveien no. 790, right side when you arrive from Oppdal. If you come via Oppdal city center, drive E70 towards Sunndalsøra, after about 10 minutes from Oppdal city center, turn right towards Nerskogen. There is 7 km from the exit of E 70 until you can park on the cabin's property. You will pass Skaret Camping on the left side, then you have about 600 meters left along Nerskogveien before you are at the cabin. The cabin borders Nerskogveien. b. Parking: You can also park in the shared parking lot on the left side of Nerskogveien just below the cabin. There is room for 2 cars on the plot in the driveway in the winter. 62°40'55.9"N 9°33'13.1"E Other things to note The cabin has an electric car charger for a fee. Oppdal has a lot to offer in terms of activities. In winter you have groomed ski slopes to Grøtsætra, Gjevilvatnet, Nerskogen… Trollheimen Husky can be a great experience for adults and children only 20 minutes by car from the cabin. 15 minutes by car and you are in Oppdal's superb alpine slopes. Oppdal has one of the best climbing walls for those who like ice climbing. In the summer you can go rafting, play golf, the swimming pool is located in the center of Oppdal as well as great terrain right outside the cabin to go for short and long walks.
