Our villa was built in 1914 and is full of stunning character features. It has three large bedrooms, open-plan living, dining and kitchen, a large bathroom, sunny outdoor area and a basic sleep out with separate toilet. There is enough space for the whole family or large groups to enjoy. Set in a beautiful street surrounded by large trees, come and listen to the birds and relax. Only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and close to cafes and town. We welcome you to enjoy a stay in sunny Hawke’s Bay! The space Our villa is spacious, full of natural light, clean and well decorated. Our laundry is available for use (washing machine and tub). Guest access Lots of street parking available. Villa accessible from two separate streets, at the front and rear of the property. McLean Park (Napier sports ground) is right opposite the villa, so it is a perfect location if you're coming to watch a game! Other things to note The bedroom with bunks is a sleep-out, this bedroom is not accessible from inside the main house. Children's books and toys are in the cupboard underneath the TV.
