The Beachie Bramston Beach

Pack your book, your bikini and your beverage of choice, and head to beautiful Bramston Beach. Escape the tourist overload of the North Cairns beaches to enjoy the unspoilt setting at the Beachie. This house has direct access to the beach through the secluded tropical garden. The Apartment is on the upper level of the house ►Maximum number of people 5 ►All linen supplied ►No parties This is our family holiday home, so please leave it clean and tidy The space Our family beach house is 2 storey with two separate, 2 bedroom units. You will be renting the upper level. Air conditioned living room and bedrooms. We use the lower level but we avoid being there at the same time as our visitors. PLEASE NOTE ►The maximum number of people we have to stay is 5 as our home runs on a septic tank system (this includes an infant if applicable) ► No internet connected at the house ► The garden is NOT fenced. ► Living in North Queensland means sharing space with insects and bugs! This is the tropics where everything flourishes. We make every effort to keep the apartment insect free, but you may find ants or other insects around if you leave foodstuff out on the Kitchen countertops, or the doors open. We have provided you with some family activities to enjoy like badminton, frisbee, boogie boards, sand toys and a small selection of fishing gear. An esky and freezer blocks are available to pack a picnic and head off to explore Guest access The unit is fully self contained, with laundry facilities including a dryer on the lower level. There are air conditioned bedrooms and fans and screens throughout. TV and a DVD player are available. The unit has its own outdoor setting, bbq and verandah area overlooking the garden. A short stroll through the garden will bring you to the beachfront . Build sandcastles with your kids, collect pipis and cook up a pipi pasta. An outdoor table and lounges are set up to enjoy breakfast or sunset drinks. Other things to note The small shop at Bramston Beach is currently closed and waiting for a new owner. Coles and Woolworths are in Innisfail for all your supplies..around 30 minutes travel time. Babinda also has an IGA and a bakery No cot or highchair at this home. Small children will need constant supervision - the garden is not fenced and there are stairs which are not safety gated. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and we do not cover any loss from the house. No wifi provided at the Beachie. Mobile coverage at Bramston Beach has improved and is best with Telstra. This is a real 'getaway' destination!
