The apartment is located on the third and last floor of a seventeenth-century residence (without elevator) in the historic center of Orta San Giulio, on the shores of Lake Orta. The property overlooks the main street of the village and is a few steps from both the main square and a large covered parking lot and just outside the pedestrian area and the lake. The accommodation consists of a covered loggia that overlooks the inner courtyard with a wide view of the surrounding hills, from the living area (sleeps 3), with an open kitchenette, a bedroom-studio (1 bed) and the bathroom. From the living area you can access by internal staircase, the attic that can be used as a sleeping area for the not very high ceiling height,equipped with air conditioning (sleeps 4). There's also a toddler bed. From the windows that open to the main facade of the palace, you can enjoy a partial view of the lake. The apartment has air conditioning and wi-fi.
