The space "UniKa" is ideal for up to 4 (exceptionally 5) friends or family who want to spend unique days close to the sea, immersed in the historic center without access to cars, with a kitchen on the terrace to enjoy life from dawn to dusk. Kitchen-living room on the first floor (raised floor), bathroom/toilet, 2 rooms on the 2nd floor with bathroom/toilet, terrace with kitchen and bathroom/toilet. Ideal for relaxation, remote working, and peace. Heating and cooling. Guest access "uniKa" is lived fully, there are no closed spaces. Other things to note The historic center is free of cars/motorcycles of any kind - the narrow streets are the reason. The uniqueness of the place and the proximity to the "balcony" overlooking the sea attract many tourists from all over the world and many people passing through who, especially in summer, generate a lot of noise. But quality fixtures shield against these noises and provide plenty of natural light. Especially in July and August and during the weekends, the nightlife intensifies with some street musicians who stay for a long time. There are many pebble or rock beaches with crystal clear water, caves and snorkeling opportunities. Red Bull champions dive 10 meters away from our terrace during the Cliff Diving World Series.
