Other things to note We welcome pets but charge a pet fee of $50 per pet. Please include your fur babies in your reservation! And we ask that they do not get on the furniture. This is a nonsmoking property - including outside. We will charge a $250 fee if we find evidence of smoking, including cigarette butts on the ground. Playhouse in the back is coming soon! It needs some TLC before its ready for play. Sadly, our fireplace is for decorative purposes only, it's not safe for fires. If you happen to be staying with us on one of the 5 days a year in Texas when one might want a fire, we do sincerely apologize!
